Thank you for your interest in renting with us. To ensure fairness and consistency, all applicants are evaluated using the following screening standards. All applicants are subject to the same review process and qualification criteria.

Each adult (18 years of age or older) who will reside in the unit must: • Submit a completed rental application • Provide valid government-issued photo identification • Consent to a credit, criminal background, and rental history screening. Applications will not be processed until all required documents and information are received. Incomplete applications may be denied.

Applicants must demonstrate sufficient income. Income from all adult occupants may be combined.

Employment Verification(Required)

Applicants must show stable employment or a verifiable source of income. Credit Screening(Required)

A credit report may be obtained as part of the application process. Credit history will be reviewed for: • Payment history • Debt obligations • Collections accounts • Housing-related debt General credit guidelines: • Credit score of 620 or higher – typically approved • Credit score between 550–619 – may require additional deposit or co-signer • Credit score below 550 – may be denied Applications may also be denied if the credit report shows: • Unpaid landlord debt • Unpaid utility collections • Multiple recent collections related to housing

Criminal Background Screening(Required)
